How much does it cost?
Instead of charging 25% - 30% of the first year’s base salary, we offer a simple model with no catches or additional fees.
RecruitMilitaryInside means that you engage with our experienced team on an hourly basis. We have a simple, fixed rate of $115 per hour, and you commit to only a minimum of 40 hours to begin. You may renew at the end of the initial 40-hour period in additional 40-hour segments.

- The RMI team utilizes our technology and tools to identify and contact a targeted pool of candidates.
- The RMI team receives resumes and screens interested and qualified candidates.
- The RMI team sends you interested, qualified candidates.
