RecruitMilitary has partnered with HireVetsFirst and the American Legion to host events across the nation. A wide variety of employers looking to fill both hourly and salaried positions participate in our events. For information and dates on upcoming events, check out our full calendar.

Online Database

By registering at www.RecruitMilitary.com, veterans, reservists, transitioning military personnel, and military family members can access job postings and post resumes for FREE. For candidates struggling with a resume, we have created our own resume builder software for use on the website. Right now we have over 100,000 jobs posted by 9,500+ companies looking to hire military veterans.

Search & Employ is a 28+ page magazine published for veterans, transitioning military personnel, members of the Guard and Reserve, and military family members who are looking for civilian employment. It includes job postings, articles on obtaining quality civilian employment and information on how RecruitMilitary can help in the job search. This magazine, like all of our services, is provided free of charge to benefit our military personnel and their families.

Professional Services

Companies/employers interested in hiring veterans can contract with RecruitMilitary and outsource the entire recruiting process, including background checks and hiring, via our retained or contingent recruiting operations. RecruitMilitary's Search Consultants (all veterans) have assisted thousands of veterans in finding professional employment.

RecruitMilitary is a veteran founded, veteran advised, and veteran run organization. We are well-acquainted with the process of making the transition from military to civilian life. We have been in business since 1998 and are headquartered in Loveland, Ohio, a suburb of Cincinnati, with field offices throughout the United States.

Q. How can I subscribe to Search & Employ?

At this time we do not offer a subscription to Search & Employ. However, you can get a free copy of the magazine at over 220 bases around the world and at any Guard and Reserve Units across the country. In addition, you can pick up the most recent copy of Search & Employ at any of our events.
